PSPWorld Announces PSP's Around The World Gallery and Photo Contest

PSPworld.com is pleased to announce the PSPs Around The World Gallery, the world's first home for personal PSP photos from around the globe.

(Press from PRWEB) April 1, 2005 -- The PSPs Around The World Gallery (
http://www.pspworld.com/gallery/) is an open, registration-free photo gallery where PSP owners from across the globe can come to share photos of their PSPs and share some of their culture, personality, and creativity at the same time. PSP owners are urged to take a picture of their PSP in front of any landmark that might describe where they are from or where the picture was taken.

To celebrate the official opening of the gallery, PSPworld is holding a best photo contest. The top three submissions will all receive prizes, with the first place winner receiving a 512MB Memory Stick Pro Duo from SanDisk. Second place will receive a PSP game of their choice, and the third place winner will receive a UMD movie of their choice. The contest is open now through 12:00 midnight April 30, 2005. Winners will be announced May 9, 2005.

No registration is required to upload a photo, however those interested in the contest should place their email address in the "john.doe@somewhere dot com" format in the photo description. The photo must be 640 x 480 pixels (horizontal or vertical) and in JPEG format. No obscene or fake/Photoshopped material will be published. Photos become the property of PSPworld.

PSPworld reserves the right to substitute any movie or game of its choice based on availability. The PSPs Around The World Gallery was inspired by iPods Around The World from iPodLounge.com, and is being used with permission from the owners.
